Emma Padros graduated in Spring 2025 from Rowan University with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, where she was also a member of the university’s swim team. During her time at Rowan, she actively participated in AIChE regional and national conferences, earning 1st place in the 6–8 division and 2nd overall in the2024 K-12 Outreach Competition. She was also recognized with the Department Award for Excellence in Sustainability. Emma spent two years conducting research with an industry partner to reduce waste in the lubricant packaging industry, contributing to process improvements that significantly cut costs and minimized discarded product. She now works as a Project Engineer at CECO Environmental, focusing on emissions reduction solutions.
