Daryl was named Senior Vice President, Operations and Risk Management Officer for DuPont in August 2018. His responsibilities include coordinating the Corporate Manufacturing, Engineering and EHS activities at a global level. Daryl joined DuPont from Arkema, Inc., where he was employed in various operational and regulatory compliance roles over the last 20 years.
Mr. Roberts has previously held Board of Director positions at Manufacture Alabama, The Mobile Chamber of Commerce, and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Mobile County. He currently serves on the board of the National Action Committee for Minorities in Engineering (NACME) and Corporate Council at the American Institute of Chemical Engineers Foundation. He will begin tenure on the American Chemistry Council board of directors on January 1, 2020.
Daryl attended the Chemical Engineering B.S. program at Howard University on a R.O.T.C. scholarship and was commissioned as a Reserve Officer in the Army after graduation. He also completed a M.S. degree from the University of Rochester and a M.B.A. from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
