
Aiman Mufti is the IT Director for Sadara Chemical Company – Joint Venture of Saudi Aramco & DOW. He also leads Sadars’s IR 4.0 program and the champion of Innovation@ which is one of the company strategic objectives to support the company transformation journey.
Before starting his current role, Aiman spent twenty years with Saudi Aramco Oil Company as a Technology Analyst and progressed in his career developing and leading strategies related to digital transformation. He worked with Saudi Aramco Engineering organization to develop the Engineering standardization roadmap, streamlined Engineering knowledge management, and promoted the Engineering innovation system across the company. In 2005, Aiman assigned as a Project Manager to develop the Technology Future Center. Then, in 2009, he was appointed to lead the development of the technology package for a new Saudi Aramco joint venture refinery with Sinopec named (YASREF).
During Aiman’s successful career in Saudi Aramco, he was assigned to work with Saudi government to develop the eHealth digital transformation strategy for Ministry of Health in KSA.
In 1997, Aiman obtained his BS Computer Science degree from KFUPM and attended several advanced studies on different IT topics related to Cyber Security, Enterprise Scale solutions, Artificial Intelligence, and software engineering.
