The nominee’s student chapter also MUST file an Annual Report with AIChE. The reporting period is open from April to June 30. Award nominations may be submitted in advance of the report, with the expectation that the chapter will file a report by the reporting deadline. Award nominators will be notified after July 1 about any missing annual reports. Chapters will be allowed a one-month grace period after the nomination deadline to file a report.
