Ken is a Senior Risk/Reliability Engineer with ABS Consulting. Mr. Hanchey has over 30 years of industrial experience in operations and EH&S management with the Dow Chemical Company. Before, joining ABS Consulting as a Senior Process Safety Consultant, he was the Responsible Care® Leader for Dow’s Houston Operations. He has worked on developing and implementing EH&S programs for over 17 years and authored / co-authored several regulatory compliance manuals. He also participated in EH&S and PSM audits at a variety of facilities. His work areas at ABS Consulting include: assisting clients in all aspects of PSM/RMP development, PSM management system implementation, auditing, interaction with regulators and assessing company safety culture. Mr. Hanchey holds a B.S. degree in chemical engineering from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater.
