Brian D. Rains is Leader of DuPont’s Process Safety/Operations Risk Management Consulting Practice. He has held this position since 2008. Brian started his career with DuPont in 1981 and has gained extensive experience primarily in manufacturing and technology. He has held Plant Manager roles in the USA, Spain and Singapore as well as other a wide range of other leadership assignments. In Singapore, he served as Director of the Singapore Chemical Industry Council and as Chair of the Responsible Care Committee. Brian was born in California. He earned his B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University in 1981.
