Geoff Waby



Geoff Waby has more than 30 years of experience, firstly with P&G and secondly with Estée Lauder.  He led the Quality Assurance organizations in both Europe and North America, manufacturing OTC drugs and personal care products.  In this role, he was responsible for quality in suppliers, third party manufacturers and in-house R&D and manufacturing.  He has also worked in a third party testing facility doing both microbiological and analytical tests for the pharmaceutical, medical device and cosmetic industry.

Lyndsay Leal is a Research Scientist in Dow’s Home & Personal Care R&D (HPC), located in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. Her research efforts focus on the synthesis of functional polysaccharides and sustainable polymers for applications in hair, skin, and fabric care. Since joining Dow in 2015, Lyndsay has led synthetic programs across acrylic and polysaccharide technologies and led the Sustainable Chemistry Team initiative, focusing on complementing the existing HPC portfolio with sustainable, high-performing materials. Trent Rogers

Trent Rogers is a technical leader at the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI). He joined EPRI in 2018 and currently co-leads the Low-Carbon Resources Initiative’s renewable fuels technical subcommittee. There he focuses on the production and utilization of renewable fuels within the context of power generation.

Trent holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from Tennessee Tech University and an M.S. in engineering management from University of Arkansas.Read more
