William Harcombe

William Harcombe is an Associate Professor at the University of Minnesota and in the Department of Ecology, Evolution and Behavior and the BioTechnology Institute. He received his PhD in Integrative Biology from the University of Texas and was an NIH Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard University. His lab uses synthetic communities and genome-scale metabolic modelling to quantitatively investigate how the behavior of metabolic networks influences the emergent properties of complex systems from cells to ecosystems. He is the Wardle Chair of Microbial Ecology, and a Kavli Fellow.Read more
