Shakira R. Hobbs, PhD is an assistant professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Kentucky. Dr. Shakira Hobbs’ scholarship explores multi-disciplinary approaches to sustainable engineering, international development, and life cycle thinking applied to the food-energy-water nexus.
