Jianping Fu

Dr. Fu received a B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) in 2000 and an M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2002. He earned his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 2007, completing his thesis under the guidance of Dr. Jongyoon Han. Nicolas Rivron

Nicolas Rivron is a stem cell biologist and a tissue engineer. He leads the laboratory for synthetic mammalian development at the IMBA in Vienna. His laboratory created the blastoid system, the first model of the pre-implantation conceptus generated solely from stem cells.
