It’s not every day that chemical engineers make the front page. Narani and his colleagues, however, made a splash in the Havre Daily News (the newspaper of the town where he had his first job) for developing a novel process to convert plant-based oils into jet fuel and other valuable chemicals.

Mr. Guillard’s has been with Sphera Solutions for 14 years. His career has spanned operational risk management, environmental performance, enterprise software management, industrial automation and control as well as process system integration. He has facilitated numerous risk assessments including HAZOP and LOPA for many industries around the world.
