Mr. Carpenter is a graduate of Binghamton University, with a degree in Environmental Science and Geology. Dale has worked in various capacities in the environmental arena, in both the public and private sectors for over 30 years. For the past 26 years, Dale has been with the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s Region 2 office located in New York City.
