Emily Novatsis is a Registered Organisational Psychologist and works at The Keil Centre as a Principal Human Factors Advisor. Emily’s work focuses on the practical application of psychology and ergonomics to improve health and safety in hazardous industries. She previously managed Woodside’s human factors team and was instrumental in establishing Woodside’s human factors programmes and internal capability over a six year period.
