Rajat Basu is a Senior Principal Scientist at Honeywell. He has been employed at Honeywell for the past 30 years in product and process development in fluorine products. Rajat is a co-author on 58 U.S. and international patents and has contributed to over 50 publications.
He was awarded "Hero of Chemistry" by the ACS Industrial Chemistry Division in 1997 for the development of non-ozone depletion compounds to replace CFCs.
