Elijah Thimsen

Elijah is a postdoctoral fellow at Argonne National Laboratory and is currently searching for a faculty position in Chemical Engineering or Materials Science and Engineering. He received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota in 2005 under the guidance of Uwe Kortshagen. Part of his research at UMN was patented and licensed. Elliot Wolf is a Risk Engineer in the Process Safety and Risk Services Group of NOVA Chemicals Inc. He joined NOVA as a Development Engineer in 2005 after 6 years with DuPont Dow Elastomers working in fluoroelastomer technology and process safety. Eric Lueshen is a PhD Candidate in Biomolecular Engineering at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2007. Eric Romers

Eric obtained his diploma in chemical engineering in 1985 and then started working for Shell in Amsterdam on fundamental research in heterogeneous catalysis. In 1989 he moved from Shell Amsterdam to Total Petrochemicals Research Feluy in Belgium and worked on the development and improvement of the selective hydrogenation processes within the Total ethylene plants. Erik Charles Rupp attended the University of Arizona, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with Honors and a minor in General Business Administration. He continued graduate research at the University of Arizona, earning a PhD in Chemical Engineering while studying the heterogeneous catalysis of chlorinated hydrocarbons on noble metal catalysts.
