Decades ago, workplaces began to focus on diversity, then inclusion was added. Now, to compete well, the entire spectrum of equity must be pursued in addition to diversity & inclusion. This helps bring all "voices to the table" and fosters more innovation. Leading companies have inclusion with flatter organizations and apply engagement to all stakeholders, not just employees. Leaders in the future need to have strong emotional intelligence to lead diverse teams and must foster workplaces with psychological safety, and be adept at teaming with many intersectional employees from different countries, backgrounds and locations. Case studies will be shared to give insights to future leaders.
