n this project, a nickel-iron composite catalyst (FeNiOx/IF) has been prepared by electrodeposition method using foamed iron as the substrate and Ni(NO3)2·6H2O and Fe(NO3)3·9H2O mixed solution as the electrolyte. The electrolyte has the best concentration ratio of Ni2+ and Fe3+, and the catalysts prepared with different electrolyte concentration ratios are characterized in nature, and their physical characterization is performed by XRD, SEM and other methods. In order to obtain the electrocatalytic performance of various catalyst materials, such as LSV, impedance, Tafel slope and stability, etc., we conducted electrochemical property tests on them, and their iron mesh substrate (FeNiOx/IF) and blank iron mesh ( IF) was compared, and the catalytic performance of the catalyst under alkaline conditions was studied. Subsequently, the NiFeOx prepared by electrodeposition was doped with cerium and tested for stability.
