Conduct of Operations

Developing and sustaining high standards in the conduct of operations is one of nine elements in the RBPS pillar of managing risk. The concept of conduct of operations, the attributes of a reliable system for conducting operations, and the steps an organization might take to formalize the conduct of operations can be found in the Introduction to Conduct of Operations.

More information regarding Conduct of Operations can be found in these CCPS Guidelines books regarding managing risk.

One critical aspect of Conduct of Operations is managing the communication interfaces between workers and work groups.
Information on Interface Management may be found in this short publication.
