Capable of operating in harsh process conditions, Tex-Grid grid packing promotes high heat-transfer efficiency, while maintaining structural integrity and fouling resistance. Ideally applied to the refining, chemical process and steel production industries, Tex-Grid is easier to clean and return to service than random or corrugated packings. Its rugged welded-construction enables performance in dirty, high-temperature applications in refinery atmospheric and vacuum crude towers, fluid catalytic cracking unit (FCCU) fractionators, coker units and ethylene quench columns. The packing is available in a range of stainless steels, including types 304L, 316L, 317L and 410. Additional varieties include carbon steel and materials suitable for welding.
