SXE vibratory screeners separate both wet and dry difficult-to-screen materials. They are suitable for classifying materials sized between 20 µm and 500 µm. The screeners are available with a single- or double-deck design, with diameters of 2 ft, 3 ft, or 4 ft. They operate in multi-frequency vibratory-impact modes. These screeners provide uninterrupted self-cleaning of meshes, fluidization of powder, and de-agglomeration of powder clusters. These features bring about higher screening capacity, better separation, and higher undersize yield when compared to traditional and ultrasonic screeners.
