An optional 2-in. Type 316 stainless steel bulkhead fitting allows Series HGL mixers to be integrated with standard intermediate bulk containers or poly tote bins. These mixers, which operate at rates up to 430 rev/min, feature a short shaft and a folding propeller, also constructed of Type 316 stainless steel, that can fit through a 2-in. opening. The propeller’s operating diameter is 9 in., and a second folding propeller can be added as an accessory and bolted anywhere on the 0.75-in.-dia. shaft.
