Rotex Centrifugal Sifter

Designed to meet high-capacity sifting for bulk load-in/load-out and larger process applications, the Rotex Centrifugal Sifter can handle a wide variety of powders, granules, agglomerates and other free-flowing materials. Processed particles ranging in size from 1/4 in. to 44 µm (325 mesh) are scalped with ease. The combination of high centrifugal force and blade spreading action reduces binding problems, even when handling materials that tend to flake or agglomerate due to fat or moisture content. The spreading action of the sifter’s rotating blades distributes product around the sieve cylinder for complete utilization of screen area and conveys oversize particles to discharge. Accelerated particles impinging against the sieve cause it to vibrate and clean itself. Because it is totally enclosed, the sifter is not subject to dust problems. ROTEX Inc.
