ProSimPlus for Steady-State Simulation and Optimization

ProSimPlus is used in design and in operations for process optimization, unit troubleshooting or debottlenecking, plant revamping, or front-end engineering analysis. Over 70 unit operations are available in the ProSimPlus library, including chemical reactors, three-phases and reactive distillation columns, and multi-fluid heat exchangers. ProSimPlus can model complex systems, such as processes with highly non-ideal mixtures, numerous recycling loops, very large flowsheets and more. Unique convergence methods and specific algorithms based on the simultaneous modular approach ensure reliable results without time-consuming convergence tests. Many features enable the user to customize the capabilities of the software. For instance, users can add specific algorithms, customized unit operations and private thermodynamic models. ProSimPlus is intuitive thanks to a Windows-based interface and many functionalities that ensure fast and efficient analysis of results.
