A replacement for silicone and d-limonene, Paratherm CR cryogenic heat-transfer fluid has an extremely low freeze point (below –120°C). The fluid's low 10-cP viscosity at –88°C (20 cP at –96°C) enables significant efficiency gains at lower temperatures. And unlike silicone-based fluids, the CR fluid poses no containment or cleanup issues.
