Optiswirl 4070 variable-area flowmeter

The Optiswirl 4070 variable-area flowmeter has two separate measurement valves and converters, giving it the high accuracy needed for pipeline applications that require simultaneous measurement of two different substances. This all-in-one flowmeter delivers precise measurements of standard volumetric and mass flow of conductive and non-conductive liquids, gases and vapors, even in applications that are prone to pressure and temperature fluctuations. Its non-wearing, fully welded stainless steel structure is highly resistant to corrosion, high pressures and high temperatures. Designed for optimum process reliability, the Optiswirl 4070 features an intelligent signal-processing system (ISP) that allows for stable flow readings while eliminating external perturbations. In addition to a sturdy vortex sensor structure, the flowmeter includes a built-in temperature transducer and an optional pressure sensor with available isolation valve within its plug-and-play design.
