The No. 825 walk-in electric oven operates at up to 500ºF and can cure latex in the laboratory, eliminating the need to send it off-site. Inner workspace dimensions measure 54 in. wide × 72 in. deep × 72 in. high. Incoloy-sheathed tubular heating elements house 30 kW of power, and a 6,000 ft3/min, 5 HP recirculating blower provides horizontal airflow across the workload. Construction features include 4-in.-thick insulated walls, a 2-in. insulated floor with truck wheel-guide tracks, an aluminized steel exterior, a Type 304 2B stainless steel interior with continuous front-welded seams, a cellular silicone rubber door gasket, a stainless steel water cooling coil located in the heating chamber, and a removable top-mounted heating chamber.
