InfoLink Process Historian

InfoLink Process Historian combines the manufacturer’s Trend Historian and Trend Link software, the Software Toolbox’s symbol library, and optional XLReporter from SyTech to provide a real-time historical view of a process. This software package can retrieve historical data and allow the user to review trends, human-machine-interface (HMI) screens, and reports exactly as they occurred. InfoLink operates on any PC, including HMI workstations running HMI/supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) software, and obtains data by means of object linking and embedding for process control (OPC) interfaces to programmable logic controllers (PLCs), distributed control systems (DCSs), remote terminal units (RTUs), and other hardware and software packages. Data are stored with tags and time stamps so they can be called up and displayed on screen in real-time or in playback mode.
