HazardWatch Integrated Fire and Gas Detection System

A modular system that combines a programmable logic controller (PLC) platform with advanced gas and flame field devices, the HazardWatch Integrated Fire and Gas Detection System is scalable to 13 local gas and fire alarm panels operating over a network up to 25 km in length. The controller, hardware configuration and software have been tested and certified by Factory Mutual (FM) to verify NFPA 72 compliance, including certification for central station monitoring as both a fire alarm panel and a gas controller, for fault-tolerant digital communications, and as a releasing control panel. The optional HazardNet dual-media (coaxial or fiber optic cable), fault-tolerant communications network supports communication between the local gas and flame panels and optional HazardWatch central station with a HazardView workstation that is AC-powered with uninteruptible power supply (UPS) back-up.
