FC Series cooling towers

FC Series cooling towers are designed for outdoor use in industrial manufacturing. Each tower’s 100% nonferrous construction provides corrosion resistance for a long service life and requires low maintenance. The tower casing and basin are made of fiberglass, and the internal structural supports are made from reinforced fiberglass. The fan support and fasteners are constructed from Type 304 stainless steel. Large, non-clogging orifice nozzles distribute water efficiently and uniformly across the entire fill surface. The integral inlet louver system prevents losses from splash and windage, and allows easy access to the basin. The totally enclosed air over (TEAO) direct-drive fan motor has double-sealed, permanently lubricated motor bearings that require no maintenance. These cooling towers are available with a wide variety of optional features, including a mechanical float valve, an electric basin heater package, a support leg package, inlet and outlet flanges, a vibration switch, and an equalization connection. Steel versions of the outlet strainer, fan guard, and base are also available. The warranty covers ten years on the shell and five years on the complete tower, including the motor. Towers are shipped mostly assembled, with only the fan motor and fan blade removed to prevent damage during transit.
