E-Z Tec 9100

The compact E-Z Tec 9100 is a highly sensitive device designed for installation in free-fall or gravity-fed applications, especially where vertical space is limited. The unit detects and rejects very small ferrous, non-ferrous and stainless steel metals. To allow greater quality control, the E-Z Tec 9100 is capable of inspecting both virgin and regrind plastic pellets to ensure all are free from metal contamination. It protects all types of molding machinery, granulators, shredders and other important equipment from costly damage. The E-Z Tec 9100 employs balanced-coil technology and features a high-speed pneumatically operated diverter, single printed circuit-board with surface-mount technology and more. Optional infeed hoppers are also available. The E-Z Tec 9100 is compliant with CE-EMC regulations and available in a wide variety of aperture sizes.
