AMS Suite Intelligent Device Manager 9.5 helps engineers to plan and manage scalable wireless networks. The software provides a common interface for users to manage their wired and wireless instruments and valves. Wireless device configuration is streamlined and drag-and-drop functionality automates the writing of join keys into wireless devices, which increases both efficiency and security. The SNAP-ON application lets users plan, customize, visualize and manage smart networks by uploading an aerial image of the plant, instead of having to conduct in-depth site surveys and prepare blueprints. Also included is the MV Engineering Assistant SNAP-ON application, which enables configuration and test calculation functions on HART and Foundation fieldbus multivariable transmitters from Rosemount. AlertTrack allows users to group multiple devices and set parameters to receive customized alerts. It also provides increased visibility to the status of field devices and documentation of parameter changes to help identify equipment issues and areas for improvement. PlantWeb Services facilitate the integration of work processes with the asset management system.
