Traceable Dissolved Oxygen Pen

The Traceable dissolved oxygen pen withstands severe lab and harsh plant environments and has a long service life. It has a water-resistant acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) plastic housing with an O-ring seal and membrane keypad. The pen’s high-contrast, easy-to-read liquid crystal display has a luminescent backlight that can be read in total darkness and uses 0.375-in-high digits to simultaneously display both oxygen concentration and temperature. The unit recalls minimum and maximum readings at the press of a button. The pen measures 1.5-in. dia. by 8-in. long, and weighs 5 oz.

LD 682 seal cooler

The LD 682 seal cooler is an economical mechanical-seal support system that reduces emissions and increases both safety and reliability by controlling the temperature of the seal. Its Type 316 stainless steel cooling coil provides corrosion resistance, which reduces total lifecycle costs. This coil can be used where the process-side pressure is high because it has a wall thickness of 0.095 in. (2.41 mm). This helps meet operational and hydrostatic test pressure requirements for most applications.

Presetting Tool

This presetting tool adjusts tubing ferrules prior to final assembly into a fitting. To use it, the installer first secures the tool in a vise, then removes the protective nut and assembles the fitting nut and ferrules loosely onto the tool. Then the tubing is inserted through the nut and ferrules until it settles in the bottom of the preset tool. After this, the tubing with the nut and ferrules can be removed from the body of the preset tool. Suitable for use in tight spaces and/or hard-to-reach areas, the tool is made from carbon steel and is available in sizes 0.625 in. and larger.

LabNavigator hand-held analytical meter

The LabNavigator hand-held analytical meter collects a wide range of data for the lab, plant, or field. It takes data from many types of sensors, including pH, oxidation-reduction potential (ORP), ion-selective electrode (ISE), turbidity, conductivity, total dissolved solids (TDS), salinity, force/impact, gas detection, and soil moisture sensors, as well as calorimeters and spectrophotometers. It has a vivid color touch screen and real-time graphing capabilities.

Homogenization Test Laboratory

The Homogenization Test Laboratory evaluates shearing particle-size reduction and deagglomeration processes. It is suitable for assessing dispersions, emulsions, and slurries that require consistency and repeatability, and provides test results that are fully scalable to production volumes. It generates a comprehensive test report that includes application objectives, testing procedures, and processed sample results, which enables users to specify an in-line wet mixing system or colloid mill that is best suited to specific processing requirements up to 10,000 gal/h throughput.

PPC4 pressure calibrator

The PPC4 high-performance pressure calibrator for testing pneumatic pressure instruments provides versatility and ease-of-use in calibration labs and manufacturing environments. The calibrator’s maximum pressure range has been increased to an absolute pressure of 14 MPa (2,000 psi), and its patented dynamic control has been improved to extend the minimum controlled pressure down to 1 kPa.

G20 compact titrator

The G20 compact titrator has a One Click user interface with four shortcut buttons that can be set for direct access to routine tasks in basic applications. It is customizable so that each user has a personal home screen, shortcuts and operation language. The titrator also features a solvent manager that facilitates the filling and draining of solvents used for titration analysis. This improves laboratory safety by minimizing personnel contact with toxic chemicals.

A320 Series accelerometers

A320 Series ultra-low-range linear servo accelerometers take high-precision measurements, from ±0.1 g to ±2 g, with a full range of ±5-VDC or 4–20-mA outputs. These gravity-referenced, closed-loop sensors can reliably monitor acceleration down to 20 µg while withstanding mechanical shock levels of up to 1,500 g. The sensors are housed in a rugged, anodized aluminum alloy case, and can be specified with a connector or solder pin electrical termination.

Digital Paddle-Wheel Flowmeters

Enhanced digital paddle-wheel flowmeters are designed to offer cost-effective solutions to medium-flow liquid applications. Access is password-protected to eliminate user-tampering or resetting. Flowrate readings can be displayed in 23 different volumetric or mass-flow engineering units. Parameters and functions can be programmed locally via an optional keypad with a liquid crystal display interface, or remotely using an RS-232/RS-485 interface.

RDC-CI chemical-injection data logger

The RDC-CI chemical-injection data logger monitors the flow of corrosion inhibitor injections using quills and nozzles as contacts to calculate chemical delivery rates from 0.5 to 100 gal/d. The positive-displacement flowmeter, which operates at temperatures from –40°F to 158°F, detects chemical flow interruptions caused by low tank levels, pump failures, and high-temperature vapor locks.
