OM 32 Series

In a typical oil mist application, atomized lubricant is injected into the bearing housing; without proper sealing, it will escape into the environment through the shaft ends. With the OM 32 Series oil mist bearing isolator, the lubricant is coalesced to a liquid and drains back into a sump or researvoir. The bearing isolators consist of a rotor and stator, unitized so they do not separate during use, which interact to keep contamination out of the bearing enclosure and the oil mist contained.

Pressure Relief Valves are Color-Coded These compact metal relief valves can be pre-set from 0.5 to 150 psi, with a setting accuracy of ±5%. They are available in sizes of 10–32, 1/4–28, 1/16, 1/8, 1/4, and 3/8 threads, and special designs can be supplied. Brass construction is standard, with aluminum or Type 316 stainless steel optional. A plastic protective cap offers valve protection as well as color coding. Muffler caps and metal caps are also available.

Certified Functional Safety Expert CFSE-IEC 61508

The Certified Functional Safety Expert CFSE-IEC 61508 training program is designed to help process industries reduce risk, cut costs and comply with government safety regulations, such as OSHA CFR 1910.119 in the U.S. or the Seveso II Directive (96/082/EEC) in Europe. Operators will learn about safety instrumented systems, safety lifecycle management, and safety verification, validation, audits and assessments. They will also learn how to avoid over-engineering their safety instruments.

FitLogic

Wearers can adjust FitLogic eyewear at four points. The frame has a flexible, cushioned, lightweight browbar that adapts to any face shape. The nosepiece rotates 360 deg., pivots, and slants in and out to fit almost any nose bridge. The temple arms ratchet up and down, then click securely in place. The soft temple tips lengthen with a precise sliding action for better behind-the-ear comfort and virtually infinite adjustment possibilities. A floating lens design provides ventilation to minimize fogging, and the wrap-around lens offers extra cheek and side coverage.

GORE Style 400 Reinforced Pump Tubing

GORE Style 400 high-resilience pump tubing is made from polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and features high-performance Viton filler that allows it to maintain a stable flowrate while pumping aggressive chemicals. This construction makes the pump tubing suitable for nitric and sulfuric acid, as well as aromatic hydrocarbons such as toluene and xylene. The resilient Viton GF-600S is a peroxide-cured fluoro-elastomer based on DuPont’s advanced polymer architecture that provides over 50 times longer life than non-reinforced extruded Viton or Fluorel tubes.

Pneumatic Screw Pump

Designed for the chemical, cement and mining industries, this pneumatic screw pump is a heavy-duty injection pump that feeds dry pulverized material into a pneumatic conveying line. Constructed with a heavy steel channel frame, oversize bearings, integral check valve and low inlet-hopper height, it is capable of conveying pressures up to 15 psi. It can handle highly abrasive, friable or very fine powders that typically wear out other dilute-phase feeders. Unlike rotary airlocks that require tight clearances to seal against conveying air, this pump uses the material to form the seal.

NM 3196

The NM 3196 is the nonmetallic version of the company’s Model 3196, which is more expensive as it is designed for highly corrosive fluids. The nonmetallic model is made from fiberglass-reinforced plastic and features a high-performance volute design, making its internal casing passageways hydraulically smoother and 20% more efficient than similar metal pumps. The pump features i-FRAME power ends, which incorporate multiple patented technologies to reduce downtime and replacement costs.

Mitos P-pump

The Mitos P-pump creates a pulseless liquid flow using a precise pressure-driven pumping mechanism. It is suitable for microfluidic systems such as droplet formation and other applications where highly stable flow is required. The pump operates in a pressure range of 0–10 bar, and has a capacity of 100 µL to 30 mL. It uses fluid directly from the container, producing no mess or waste. Its lockable pressure chamber is easily accessible and accommodates both standard and non-standard fluid vessels.

Moyno metering pump

The Moyno metering pump is a progressive cavity pump with integral variable-frequency drive (VFD)/motor controls that improve metering accuracy and repeatability. Its smooth flow is free from pulsations and variations in velocity and volume to prevent material waste and mixture imbalance. It offers precise flow control at low speeds, and handles capacities from 0.1 gal/h to 400 gal/h and pressures up to 300 psi. Its light emitting diode (LED) external displays are easily visible and ergonomically user-friendly. The pump is available in bare-shaft and close-coupled configurations.

SCP-6500 plastic pumps

SCP-6500 plastic pumps are capable of handling Class 1 and 2 flammable liquids. All components that contact the fluid are made from conductive plastic so the liquid and the pump, which also has a lug with a grounding wire on its front side, are grounded to the container. These pumps fit containers and drums from 5 gal to 55 gal and are available in four models, each with a lifespan of 10 to 15 yr. They provide for the spill-proof, safe transfer of over 850 fluids and solvents.
