This year's Board of Directors Election ballots have been mailed and members are eligible to vote online and by mail beginning September 6, 2016 and through October 10, 2016.
To enable members to make informed selections, the candidates have provided over-views of their experience, as well as their plans for future programs and directions for the Institute. These messages are in each candidate’s own words. Statements can be downloaded and read in the July issue of CEP or by clicking the link below.
The president-elect will be elected to a three-year term, serving one year each as president-elect, president, and past-president. The directors are elected for three-year terms.
Voting Dates and Deadlines
Ballots are mailed on August 29, 2016. Instructions for electronic proxy will be included with the ballot and emailed to members with email addresses on file. Voting by paper and electronic proxy ballot will begin on September 6. All ballots must be received by October 10.
The Teller’s Committee will meet to verify the results of the election on October 12. Election results will be announced on November 14 at the Annual Business Meeting at AIChE’s Annual Business Meeting in San Francisco, on AIChE.org, and in the December issue of CEP.
