Ms. Fust is a Senior Client Partner within the firm’s Global Industrial/Energy Practice. Her search practice is focused on renewable energy, utilities, industrial and natural resources companies. She also heads the firms global Center of Expertise for CleanTech, Renewable Energy and Sustainability.
Ms. Fust combines fifteen years of partner-level search experience with an extensive knowledge base and network developed during 16 years of diversified industry experience. Leveraging this combination of experience, Ms. Fust assists her clients develop the leadership teams required to compete successfully in dynamic and global markets.
Recent search experience includes Board Director, CEO, President and COO roles. Other functional roles include business and project development, project finance, engineering and construction, strategy, EHS, and corporate sustainability/responsibility.
Prior industry experience included work in energy consulting, power project development, natural gas marketing, structured finance, strategy and regulatory affairs. She began her career at Frito–Lay in environmental engineering where she participated in the design and permitting of innovative water and wastewater treatment facilities and air pollution control equipment. She was also responsible for developing the company’s first programs for strategic energy sourcing and energy hedging.
Ms. Fust holds a master’s in Environmental Science from the University of Texas at Dallas and a bachelor’s in Zoology (Biology and Environmental Science) from Miami University; Oxford, Ohio.
