Liv Haselbach is chair of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Lamar University. She previously was at Washington State University and the University of South Carolina. She has authored numerous papers on sustainability and low impact development. Liv is a licensed professional engineer and a LEED AP (BD+C). Prior to her academic career she founded an engineering consulting company in the New York – Connecticut area, specializing in site development. Her degrees include a BS with Distinction in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell, an MS in Chemical Engineering from UC Berkeley, and a PhD in Environmental Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
