Presentations should be prepared in a 16:9 aspect ratio.
Speakers should plan to sit in the front of the room during their sessions. Personal laptops will not be connected to the projector for individual presentations. Speakers should be mindful of the time allotted to them in the program. Please help us keep to the schedule.
Presentations at the SEED 2019 Conference will be handled by our on-site Audio-Visual Company, PSAV. A representative from PSAV will be in the conference room to assist. Presenters, please review the following guidelines for uploading and presenting your talk:
1. File Preparation
PSAV supports virtually any file type and does not place restrictions on size. For best results, bring your files to the conference in their original format (not converted) on a USB flash drive to the on-site technician located at the tech table in the morning before your talk. If you plan to use multimedia such as videos, please bring the source files as well, even if you have previously embedded the files in your presentation. Please submit your presentation files to the PSAV technician at least an hour before your session if you are unable to provide it in the morning before your talk.
2. Upload and Testing
The technician will assist you with uploading your files. In most cases, this process takes just a few minutes. Please note that the podium computer uses “presenter mode” in supported applications and presenter notes ARE visible.
There will be a laser pointer at the podium with which to advance your slides, or you can use the keyboard / trackpad if you prefer. When you are finished, please close your presentation.
Posters should be able to fit within a 40" x 40" space.
Poster sessions will take place on Monday and Tuesday evenings. Poster numbers 1-120 will present on Monday, June 24th in Poster Session A. All posters after that (121-240), should present on Tuesday, June 25th in Poster Session B. Poster numbers can be found on the conference webpage.
Presenters in Poster Session A can set up their posters as early as Monday morning and should take them down immediately after the session. Presenters in Poster Session B should set up their posters Tuesday morning and should take them down immediately after the session.
SBE staff will be available at registration check-in during the following times:

- Wednesday, June 26, 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM
