This year's SPTC will feature a new Executive Panel Discussion. Panelists will discuss the topic "Leadership, Management & Engineering for Career Growth". The Executive Panel Discussion is a new addition to SPTC. The panel consists of senior-level engineering managers and leaders from organizations representing a range of sectors that employ chemical engineers. The panelists will share their observations on the changing leadership needs of industry, and how engineers can position themselves for maximum personal and career growth in the current environment. The discussion will include both prepared comments from the panelists and opportunities for questions from the audience.
