Join the Fuels and Petrochemicals Division and 5th Big Data Analytics for coffee, refreshments, and the keynote address given by Paul Bonner, Vice President, Consulting & Data Analytics, Honeywell Connected Plant.

Paul will be delivering the keynote address entitled "Application of Big Data Analytics / Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning & Cloud Computing in Refining & Petrochemicals" on the Success Stories, Challenges and Future Trends.

Honeywell Connected Plant (HCP) Analytics and Consulting group has been implementing Digital Transformation projects for internal and external customers in the Process Operations and supply chain space. Using a blend of first-principles chemical engineering models, data analytics and machine learning, HCP has implemented a portfolio of successful big data projects.  In this session, Paul Bonner, leader of Honeywell Connected Plant Analytics and Consulting group will share key insights and learning gained across multiple projects into what factors lead to a successful or unsuccessful project for companies embarking on their big data journey.  Paul will share some real-world examples where industrial analytics have delivered significant benefits to the end-user.

Paul Bonner

Paul Bonner has 34+ years’ experience in the petroleum and petrochemicals industries. He's responsible for development of performance solutions using first principles, empirical, machine learning and analytics. Previously, Paul served as Vice President of Integration for UOP and Honeywell Process Solutions. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science Honors degree from the University of Salford, UK.
