Hazardous operational environments require the ability to identify and minimize process and personal risk variables. In northern Alberta, this is challenging, with many upstream oil companies sharing a large common population of contract workers.
The Personal Safety Collaboration brought owners together to maximize the effects of a comprehensive learning model. Through this initiative the Capability Engine was conceived and designed.
Using theoretically sound best practices, descriptive assessment data is examined with our analytics model combined with field based performance and environmental data. This combination renders an inferential and predictive tool enabling prescriptive action while alerting of the historical leading indicators of incidents
