Fuels and Petrochemicals Division (F&PD) Awards Dinner

The F&PD Awards Dinner is held each year to honor the recipients of the annual F&PD Award and the F&PD Distinguished Service Award. In addition, the division recognizes the outgoing officers for their service to the division and welcomes the newly elected officers.

Fuels and Petrochemicals Division Award

Award Recipient: John Roach, Vice President of Strategic Development & Technology for Valero

Award Description: The F&PD Award recognizes individuals who have made substantial technological contributions to the advancement of the fuels and petrochemicals industries as shown by a long and recognized record in the recipient’s areas of achievement. The award is based on a combination of technical achievement, management skills, business acumen, academic leadership and general service to the profession.

Fuels and Petrochemicals Division Distinguished Service Award

Award Recipient: Kristine Chin, Director, Conferences, AIChE

Award Description: The F&PD Distinguished Service Award recognizes an individual’s outstanding service to the Fuels and Petrochemicals Division. The recipient has participated extensively in a variety of division activities demonstrating leadership and dutiful effort towards the continued development of F&PD.
