The reaction system of tandem preparation of solution polymerized Comb-Branched Polyolefin Thermoplastic Elastomer is very complicated, and many reaction kinetic parameters need to be estimated. At the same time, due to the influence of preparation conditions, the sample size is limited. Therefore, its kinetics behavior is difficult to describe, which makes its products difficult to customize. To solve this problem, machine learning method is introduced in this study to prepare solution polymerization customized CPOE tandem. In the process of studying CPOE kinetics, we found a phenomenon that was difficult to observe in previous experiments: diffusion control and steric hindrance effect existed in the reaction system. Using this model, the molecular weight and octene insertion fraction of CPOE can be predicted according to the reaction conditions, and the required products can be customized, which provides a guarantee for the industrial production of CPOE.
