(295f) Digitalization to Drive Differentiation in a Hyper-Competitive Plastics Industry

We are in an environment where we are experiencing an unprecedented velocity of change in the Plastics Industry. According to a recent report, it is estimated that companies plan to invest 5% of annual revenues on digitization with expected gains of up to 25% in capacity utilization and a reduction of up to 10% in operating costs. In this talk I will draw a tie between the external drivers contributing to this change, the challenges we face and explore tools to help prepare the organization to manage through this change. Relevant examples will be shared.
