In this paper, one biorenwable carbon has been prepared from biochar and studied its catalytic performance at different experimental conditions. First, the as-prepared catalysts were characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption method using the Brunauer–Emmett-Teller (BET), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) for the morphology and microstructure of the samples were characterized, as well as the crystalline properties on MiniFlex 600 X-ray Diffractometer (Rigaku, Japan).  Next, the effects of temperatures on the Lignin conversion were been tested. Then, we continued to conduct experiments on the effects of TB dosages on the Lignin conversion and the TB(tert-butyl hydroperoxide) dosages varied from 0.5ml to 4ml. After that, we tested the effects of experimental time periods on the Lignin conversion from 2 hours to 12 hours. Finally, after reaction, the mixture was filtered and extracted by ethyl acetate for GC-MS analysis, and showed that a series of useful chemicals were degraded from Lignin.
