2 wt.%-CuO/Fe3O4/8-wt.%-Cr2O3 is known to be a commercial catalyst for the removal of CO in HTS (High Temperature Shift) especially fuel processor using gasoline and LNG. It is necessary to find out the catalyst for high temperature water gas shift reaction of fuel processor using LPG for the requirement of various fuel and policy of authority for PEMFC fuel. In this study, three-phase Cr-free metal oxide catalysts were prepared by coprecipitation method. Among the three-phase Cr-free metal oxide catalysts, 2 wt.%-Zn/Fe/8 wt.%-Ni and 2 wt.%-Co/Fe/8 wt.%-Ni oxide catalysts showed a similar CO conversion to 2 wt.%-CuO/Fe3O4/8-wt.%-Cr2O3. These catalysts are also meaningful in a point environmental of view.
