The December PS AIChE meeting will begin with a 5:00pm tour (first 30 registrants) at the first Seattle distillery since Prohibition, Sound Spirits, at 1630 15th Ave W and will continue with our usual monthly meeting format at 6:00pm at Flying Fish at 300 Westlake Ave N.
Our guest speaker will be Rusty Figgins, owner of the Ellensburg Distillery, who will be giving a talk titled "The Art and Science of Distilling" following dinner (around 7:30 pm). Steve Stone, owner of Sound Spirits, will also be joining us for our dinner meeting this month. The dinner will be open to all members and guests, including significant others, spouses and friends, so please feel free to pass along word to those you think might be interested in attending! This is sure to be a fun holiday season-inspired meeting!
