Meeting Announcement 12-9-15

We have a great speaker lined up for our meeting on Wednesday, December 9th: Don van der Vaart who is Secretary of the N.C. Department of Environmental Quality.  Don will speak on Leadership, Laws and Policy: Environmental Regulations at the Strategic Level. Note that Don is a licensed Professional Engineer and an attorney - a great background for the head of the N.C. Department of Environmental Quality (previously known as the Department of Environment and Natural Resources).  Don has strong ties to NC State - having earned his MS in Chemical Engineering from our department and in giving lectures in Environmental Engineering.
