Dr. Zina Jarrahi Cinker is a globally recognized MATTERVerse strategist, Frontier & Deep Tech thought leader and condensed matter physicist. She currently serves as the Director General of MATTER, inc, an international think tank of over 30 country chapters, focusing on Frontier & Deep Tech for the future. As Chief Creator of PUZZLE X Barcelona,-- the leading Materials Deep Tech forum supported by the Government of Spain, Generalitat de Catalunya, and Barcelona City Hall--, she drives stakeholder dialogues among industry. governments, academia, and capital on how cutting-edge technologies can shape the next chapter for cities, citizens, industries, and societies.
Dr. Cinker received a PhD in the field of Condensed Matter Ultrafast Spectroscopy from Vanderbilt University and has spent the past decade expediting the commercialization of Graphene and Frontier Materials from breakthrough to industrialization. She previously served as the Executive Director of the U.S. National Graphene Association, the main organization, and body in North America of over 5,000 international members and organizations.
