Yuk joined the Company in Paulsboro, NJ in 1980, and progressed through a series of Research and Engineering positions providing technical and startup support for refinery units.  In the 1990’s Yuk held various managerial assignments at the Paulsboro Technical Center including Pilot Plant Operations Manager, Hydrotreating Group Head and Budget Advisor.

In 2000, Yuk moved to EMRE, Fairfax as the Dynamic Simulations Section Head. In 2001, Yuk was named Implementations Manager, POIS-2 Project, to manage the implementation of a new Plant Operation Information System in ExxonMobil refineries.   In 2004, she went to Imperial Oil Limited, Fort McMurray, Alberta, as Technical Startup Leader in support of the Syncrude Oil Sand Upgrading Project.  Yuk returned to Fairfax in 2006 to assume the role as Process Technology Leader for EMRE Process Engineering Division.  Yuk was appointed EMRE Automation Division Manager in May 2008, Manager of Engineering Services Canada in 2009, Project Executive for Syncrude Emission Reduction Project in 2012 and appointed to her current position in 2013. 

As Process Development Division Manager, Yuk is accountable for research and development of industry leading proprietary process technology for ExxonMobil’s businesses from early stage development through to full technical readiness and first deployment in the field. 

Yuk received a Bachelor in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA.
