Yang brings over 15 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry and has been with Takeda since 2016. During her tenure, she has played a key role in recruiting and mentoring numerous entry-level and experienced professionals, proudly observing their career successes. Currently, Yang leads a team focused on developing and implementing innovative technologies, with a special interest for advancing platform processes through cutting-edge tools. She holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, and a Ph.D. from Northwestern University.
